Job summary

Manpower - Ireland is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Governance Analyst to join Global Sourcing & Procurement Services. You will support contract administration, governance, reporting, and analytics across supplier contracts.

This role provides exposure to MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and change orders, while collaborating with Procurement, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to enable informed commercial decisions. You'll track key dates and ensure governance compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in procurement, contracts, finance, business operations, or vendor management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support administration of supplier contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and change orders.
Maintain contract documentation and governance records; track key dates and renewals.
Review invoices; validate charges against contracts and support pricing reviews.
Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive presentations; assist in spend analysis.
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and assist in risk identification.
