Morgan McKinley is seeking an ambitious qualified accountant to join a growing business in South Dublin as Group Financial Controller. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will lead the finance function, strengthen financial controls and support ongoing growth.

You will drive group reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while partner with operations to improve profitability and oversee governance and compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Five years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
• Strong group reporting, management accounting and commercial finance experience.
• Experience managing multi-site operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly management accounts, group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial modelling.
• Drive financial controls, governance and statutory compliance.
• Business partner with operations to improve financial performance and profitability.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Drive finance systems improvements, automation and process efficiencies.
• Support acquisitions, integrations and strategic growth initiatives.
