Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an IT Vendor Management, Governance & Relationship Analyst in Dublin. The role focuses on supporting strategic technology suppliers within a highly regulated financial services environment, ensuring contracts, performance, risk and regulatory requirements are met.

You will monitor supplier performance, coordinate governance activities, support audits and drive continuous improvement across the third-party ecosystem. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management, governance or risk controls.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in technology sourcing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple supplier relationships and dashboards.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support management and governance of strategic technology suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier governance forums, reviews and EBRs.
• Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare supplier dashboards, reports and MI.
• Track risks, issues and control gaps through resolution.
• Support regulatory, audit and third-party risk activities.
• Maintain due diligence records, registers and governance docs.
• Coordinate stakeholder feedback for service improvements.
• Communicate policy updates and governance requirements to suppliers.
• Keep supplier documentation repositories accurate and audit-ready.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, governance and cost.
• Act as coordinator between internal teams and suppliers.
