Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support G&A and indirect procurement strategies, lead competitive events, and optimize supplier relationships. The role collaborates with Legal, Security, Finance, and Governance teams to ensure compliant and efficient procurement processes.

You will analyze spend, develop dashboards, and drive improvements across the contract lifecycle with a focus on value, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. Hybrid work arrangement included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Procurement, Sourcing, or Category Management function.
• BA or BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
• Experience leading or supporting sourcing events (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs).
• Experience with contract structures and standard terms (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs).
• Experience with Excel, Google Workspace, and data analysis fundamentals.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate analysis and document review.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies and competitive procurement events across G&A and indirect categories.
• Lead intake, scoping and requirements for sourcing initiatives using tools to ensure structured processes.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and key clauses in agreements; use AI insights to surface risk.
• Support supplier onboarding, risk assessments, and compliance with cross-functional teams.
• Manage contract lifecycle: renewals, expirations, and documentation.
• Analyze spend data, prepare reports, and create dashboards to provide cost visibility.
• Identify process improvements to reduce cycle time and strengthen supplier management.
