Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead category strategy, supplier relationships, and sourcing execution across technology and/or outside services. The role collaborates with Finance, Legal, Information Security, and executives, reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing.

Hybrid work with in-office presence is required. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in procurement, a BA/BS in a related field, and a proven track record in enterprise-scale sourcing, cost

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Category Management, or related strategic function.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale sourcing initiatives and delivering year-over-year savings.
• Experience with executive stakeholder engagement including QBRs.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, spend analytics; Tableau or Power BI experience.
• Experience using AI tools to augment analysis with mature judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop category management strategies and roadmaps for assigned spend categories.
• Lead large-scale sourcing initiatives (RFP, RFI, RFQ) using modern procurement tools.
• Negotiate with key suppliers on contract terms, pricing, and risk allocation.
• Maintain supplier partnerships with quarterly business reviews and scorecards.
• Create spend dashboards and ROI analyses for leadership.
• Mentor cross-functional sourcing teams and align stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end source-to-pay processes and improve compliance.
