Job summary

Docusign seeks a strategic and results-driven Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead technology spend category development and sourcing execution. You will own category strategy, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost savings while mitigating risk.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing. The position is hybrid, requiring time in-office and remote work, with a focus on negotiating complex tech contracts and aligning procurement with business needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Procurement, Sourcing, or Category Management with Technology or SaaS focus.
• Experience negotiating technology renewals and SaaS agreements.
• BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with eSourcing tools, spend analytics, Excel and data viz.
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements and renewals.
• Proven ability to develop category management plans and savings.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance analysis and contract review.
• Ability to map workflows and optimize source-to-pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management plans for Technology spend (SaaS, software licenses, cloud, IT infra).
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFP/RFI/RFQ) using modern procurement platforms to ensure auditable processes.
• Negotiate contracts for software subscriptions and cloud services; leverage AI for rapid analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance/IT/Security to align procurement strategy with operations.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct quarterly business reviews, address issues.
• Develop dashboards tracking spend, savings, renewals and KPIs; validate insights.
• Work with Legal and Third Party Governance to navigate contract reviews and risk terms.
• Design efficient intake workflows and improve source-to-pay lifecycle.
