Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. seeks a strategic Sourcing Manager focused on Technology spend to lead category strategy and end-to-end sourcing events. You will negotiate software subscriptions, cloud services, and IT contracts, while aligning with Finance, IT, and Security to deliver measurable savings and reduced risk.

You will drive category plans, monitor supplier performance, and develop data dashboards to track spend, renewals, and KPIs. This role is hybrid with in-office/remote work requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Procurement or Category Management with tech/SaaS focus.
• Experience negotiating software renewals and cloud agreements.
• BA/BS in Business Admin or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
• Proficient with eSourcing, spend analytics, Excel, data viz.
• Experience with MSAs, SOWs and SaaS contracts.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance analysis and speed reviews.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management plans for Technology spend.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFP/RFI/RFQ) using modern platforms.
• Negotiate complex contracts for software, cloud services, and tech.
• Define requirements with Finance, IT, Security and department heads.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Create dashboards tracking spend, savings, renewals, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security and Third-Party Governance.
• Design efficient intake workflows and improve source-to-pay processes.
