Job summary
Mastercard is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to own end-to-end reliability of core infrastructure, networks and services. You will drive RCAs, capacity forecasting and proactive fault detection to ensure platform availability and performance for payments networks.
You will collaborate with product and development teams to forecast growth, design dashboards, and lead on-call and incident response, with an emphasis on automation and reliability engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in an SRE or SRE related operations role.

- Lead continuous assessments of the application infrastructure focusing on health, performance, monitoring and alerting.
