Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Infrastructure operations) to own the reliability and performance of core infrastructure and payments networks. You will drive monitoring, health checks, capacity forecasting, and incident RCA collaboration, enabling scalable, secure services.

You will champion observability, build dashboards, and guide cross-functional teams through design, rollout, and on-call responses to ensure 24/7 availability for critical payments platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in SRE or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous assessments of the application infrastructure supporting Mastercard applications, focusing on health, performance, monitoring and alerting, and capacity analysis.
