Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our pre-sales team in Dublin, Ireland. You will collaborate with sales to drive value through HR product demonstrations, map technical requirements to Rippling's HR suite, and deliver customized proofs of concept for prospective customers.

You will work with a diverse team, communicating effectively in German and English, and contribute to shaping product strategy through customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with HRIS, HCM, payroll, and time & attendance
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to ensure prospective customers succeed during evaluation
• Translate prospects' technical requirements into business value for Rippling HR product suite
• Lead demonstrations and POCs addressing unique business objectives
• Create, present and maintain technical content to drive customer success
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Become a Rippling product expert across the platform and understand the competitive landscape
