Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with the Sales team and demonstrate the value of Rippling's HR product suite to prospective customers.

You will manage technical demos, translate requirements into business outcomes, and contribute to a best-in-class buying experience across Rippling's platform. This role requires 4+ years in a pre-sales capacity, strong communication, and a proactive, fast-paced approach.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role
• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Self-starter with a bias towards action in a fast-paced environment
• Nice to have experience in HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during evaluation of Rippling
• Understand a prospect's technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling's HR product suite
• Manage technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects addressing their unique objectives
• Create, present, and maintain technical content to ensure customers are successful using Rippling HR product suite
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Become a product expert across the Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape
