Job summary

Rippling is hiring a Solutions Consultant to drive value in pre-sales for HR and Payroll Cloud. You will partner with the Sales team, understand technical requirements, and run demonstrations to showcase Rippling’s value to prospective customers.

You will join a diverse team focused on revenue generation, and contribute to product alignment, GTM strategy, and customer enablement across stakeholders and strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role, partnering with Sales and delivering demonstrations.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Self-starter with a bias toward action in a fast-paced environment.
• Nice to have HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance experience.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to ensure success of prospects during evaluation.
• Understand a prospect’s technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s HR product suite.
• Manage technical demonstrations and POCs addressing unique business objectives.
• Create, present, and maintain technical content for customer success with Rippling HR products.
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Become a product expert across Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape.
