Job summary

Rippling in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant (DACH) to drive value in HR and Payroll software during pre-sales engagements. You will collaborate with sales to demonstrate Rippling’s capabilities and tailor content to client needs.

The role requires deep HRIS/HCM/payroll experience, excellent communication, and fluency in German and English. You will influence product direction while guiding customers through technical demonstrations and trials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a pre-sales role with HRIS/HCM, payroll, and time & attendance experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment with proactive mindset.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling.
• Understand a prospect’s technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s HR product suite.
• Manage technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives.
• Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling HR product suite.
• Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Become a product expert across the Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape.
