Vision Contracting Ltd seeks a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day management of single or multiple construction sites. You will drive delivery on time and within budget while enforcing health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.

The role may involve senior leadership across sites and coordination with the Project Manager. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction, proven leadership, and strong planning and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Third-level education or trade qualification.
• 5+ years in a similar construction role.
• Proficient with Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Plan, organise and execute construction projects within scope, time and budget.
• Communicate with stakeholders, clients and team members.
• Identify on-site challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets, costs and resources.
• Ensure quality on site across activities.
• Utilise project management software for planning and tracking.
