Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking a highly experienced site supervisor to lead construction activities on city centre projects in Dublin. The role requires a 3rd level construction/engineering degree and/or trade background, plus 5+ years in a similar site-based role.

You will manage subcontractors, plan work schedules, attend site meetings, and ensure the project runs to programme and budget while maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

  • 3rd level construction/engineering degree and/or trade background.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar site-based role.
  • Experience working on city centre construction projects with logistical challenges is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Managing sub-contractors and direct personnel.
  • Plan and monitor work schedules.
  • Arrange and attend site meetings.
  • Ensure the project runs in accordance with the programme and on budget.
  • Maintain an efficient construction site.
  • Deliver projects with the highest quality.
  • Represent the interests of the company and client with Senior Management.
  • Adhere to relevant quality standards.
  • Provide safety leadership with Health & Safety Department to ensure safe construction at all times.

Education

3rd level construction/engineering degree and/or trade background
5+ years site-based experience

  • Making sure the project is running in accordance with the programme and on budget
  • Ensuring an efficient construction site
  • Delivering projects with the highest quality
  • Represent the interests of both the company and the client in coordination with the Senior Management team
  • Adhere to relevant quality standards
  • Provide safety leadership while working with the Health & Safety Department to ensure safe construction at all times.
