Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major West Dublin development. You will oversee all on-site activities from groundworks to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and top quality across multiple trades.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination and a proven track record in large-scale construction. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and maintain rigorous records and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a Site Management role.
• Experience delivering new build or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• SMSTS or equivalent certification.

Overview

An experienced Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of a significant new build project in West Dublin. This role involves managing all on-site activities from ground-works through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The position requires strong leadership, coordination, and the ability to manage multiple trades within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day site operations
• Supervise subcontractors and direct labour on site
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and quality standards
• Coordinate multiple trades and manage site logistics effectively
• Lead site meetings and maintain accurate site records and reports
• Ensure full compliance with specifications, building regulations, and design requirements
• Enforce strict health and safety procedures across all site activities
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project ManagerManage materials, plant, and deliveries in line with project timelines
• Drive high standards of workmanship across all phases of construction

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a Site Management role
• Proven experience delivering new build or large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Strong focus on quality assurance and health & safety compliance
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site management certifications (e.g., SMSTS or equivalent)
• Ability to manage a complex project with multiple stakeholders
