Job summary

ESPERTI™ is seeking a Construction Site Manager to oversee day-to-day on-site activities across UK and EU projects. The role requires coordinating site operations, supervising subcontractors and staff, and ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have SMSTS and NVQ Level 6-7 in Construction Site Management, strong leadership, financial awareness, and proficient use of MS Office and construction management software.

Qualifications

• Strong site management skills with proven project delivery experience.
• SMSTS certification is preferred and NVQ Level 6-7 in Construction Site Management.
• Financial control awareness to manage expenditures and support commercial objectives.
• Solid knowledge of building regulations, H&S standards, and QA processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain progress.
• Plan and schedule works, manage resources, monitor progress, and address issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and report project status to senior management.
• Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and quality assurance.
• Liaise with design teams, suppliers, and client representatives to align objectives.
