Job summary

The ideal candidate has a third-level qualification in Construction Management and holds Safe Pass, CSCS, and SMSTS, with strong communication and organisational abilities for coordinating diverse teams.

Qualifications

Your New Job:

As Site Manager, you'll support the construction team at multiple locations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. You'll be coordinating teams and materials, acting as the main onsite contact, and reporting directly to management. This is a hands-on, site-based role with travel as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of projects within budget and programme.
• Serve as main point of contact onsite for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors for seamless operations.
• Arrange and manage site plant and material requirements.
• Attend and contribute to daily and weekly site meetings.
• Monitor work quality and update progress against project timelines.
• Propose improvements to designs and site operations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and health & safety records.
• Identify risks and keep management informed.
• Manage resources in line with company standards.

What Are We Looking For?:

• Third-level qualification in Construction Management or similar area.
• Safe Pass and CSCS certifications.
• SMSTS certification.
• Manual Handling certified (or willing to train).
• Experience with construction drawings; concrete/precast background desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Trimble Connect, Revit, AutoCAD.
• Full driver's licence, with access to vehicle as needed.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and teamworking skills.
• Eligible to work in Ireland and the UK.
