Job summary

Coopero Ltd. on-site management of construction works involves installing utilities, pipework, and tanks as part of a cohesive delivery team with civils and structure experience.

The role requires running projects, strong health & safety knowledge, subcontractor liaison, and clear communication with clients and stakeholders to direct labour and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• A third level qualification in construction management / engineering or trades background.
• Minimum of 5 years + site/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of construction works including installation of new utilities and pipework and tanks.
• Run projects and manage health and safety, subcontractors, clients and stakeholders.
• Submit progress reports as required.
• Maintain complete and accurate records.
• Maintain accurate project plans.
• Ensure company interest are fully protected.
• Client Management
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage Health and safety documentation.
• Co-ordination of performance of the Contractors
• Monitor the implementation of and general compliance regulations.
• Establish and maintain effective lines of communication and procedures
• Ensure changes take place with client and Company approval as agreed.
• Call, attend and minute regular site meetings.
• Resolving any day-to-day queries relating to the Project.
• Generate POs and invoicing as required.

The individual will need to demonstrate their abilities in running projects and must be competent in Health & Safety, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients and all stakeholders, and directing labour.
