Job summary

Alpine Recruitment Group is representing a national builder seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to take overall engineering responsibility for a standalone 150-unit development in Inchicore. Reporting to the on-site PM and visiting Contracts Manager, you will manage the project from brownfield through completion, leading a site team of engineers, QS, foremen, admin and related roles.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience with a reputable contractor;

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post graduate experience with a reputable contractor.
• Residential/apartment/commercial experience preferred.
• High-rise RC concrete, groundworks and design management experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-work skills; comfortable dealing with clients and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Assume overall engineering responsibility for a standalone 150-unit development in Inchicore.
• Manage the project from brownfield through to completion, reporting to on-site PM and visiting Contracts Manager.
• Lead the site team including engineers, QS, foremen, finishing foremen, site admin and BCaR.
• Oversee underground/deep excavation works and liaise with design teams.

Our client national builder is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to take overall engineering responsibility for standalone 150 unit development in Inchicore
Reporting to on-site PM and a visiting Contracts Manager the site is effectively yours to manage, from brownfield thru to completion, 150 apartments 5/6 storeys with underground carparking. Site team will consist of engineers, QS, foremen, finishing foremen, site admin, BCaR etc. Your team will consist of 2 setting out engineers.
Minimum 5yrs post graduate experience with reputable contractor
Previous Residential / apartment / commercial would be preferable
High-rise – RC Concrete – Groundworks – Design Management
Underground / deep excavation would be advantageous
Determined, ambitious to progress, good manager and team player, communicator, comfortable with clients & design teams etc
Salary guaranteed yearly bonuses to €95,000 + full package
