Job summary

Our Client is seeking a Senior Engineer in Kilternan to lead on-site technical activities on a €50M mixed residential design & build project, delivering apartments and housing on time and within budget.

With 5+ years in setting out, quality control and subcontractor coordination, you will liaise with the design team and prepare method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports. This role does not entail setting out.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant site engineering experience.
• Experience leading on-site technical activities.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and design team.
• Ability to prepare and review method statements, risk assessments and progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technical activities for a €50M mixed residential D&B project in Kilternan.

Our Client is both developer & contractor
They are looking to appoint a Senior Engineer €50M mixed residential D&B project in Kilternan, both apartments & housing. You will lead on-site technical activities, ensuring project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. 5+ years of experience, specializing in setting out, quality control, subcontractor coordination, Liaise with Design team, prepare and review technical documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.

This position will not entail setting out

Your team will consist of 3 setting out engineers reporting to PM
Defined career path towards Project Manager within 18mths

Salary negotiable with 20% bonus + car/allowance and full package
