Alpine Recruitment Group is seeking a seasoned Site Manager for a standalone 150-unit residential development in Inchicore, Dublin. You will take day-to-day responsibility, reporting to the on-site PM and Contracts Manager, and lead a multi-discipline site team.

The role focuses on brownfield-to-completion management of a 5/6-storey scheme with underground parking, requiring residential/apartment and high-rise RC concrete experience, with a strong on-site leadership focus.

Qualifications

• Previous site management of residential/apartment developments.
• Experience with high-rise RC concrete structures.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a 150-unit development.
• Report to on-site PM and Contracts Manager.
