SMBC Group is seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to develop HRSD and IRM capabilities across EMEA. You will own end-to-end changes, design secure workflows, and build integrations with SAP SuccessFactors while ensuring compliance with governance and audit requirements.

The role focuses on reliability, automated testing, and data integrity, with hybrid working and a competitive benefits package. Travel is limited to occasional visits as needed.

Formación

• Comprehensive experience with HRSD and IRM modules on ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP patterns.
• Understanding of data models, security roles, ACLs and data protection.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD/IRM components.
• Develop and maintain HR processes, catalog items and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Ensure standard practices and minimize unnecessary customisation.
• Troubleshoot issues and support upgrades and patching.
• Document designs for governance and audit.
