Job summary

SMBC is seeking a ServiceNow Product Analyst to join our Technology team in Tralee, driving SDLC governance and DevSecOps across enterprise platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions, partnering with Architecture, Security, Engineering and Risk teams.

This hybrid role requires attendance at the Tralee office several days per week and collaboration with stakeholders to shape roadmaps, governance, testing, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience gathering and writing user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
Ability translating business requirements into technology solutions.
Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Product Analyst for ServiceNow capabilities supporting SDLC, governance, DevSecOps and enterprise technology delivery.
Gather, analyse and prioritise business requirements and platform enhancements.
Translate requirements into scalable platform solutions and contribute to backlog management and roadmap planning.
Coordinate testing, defect management and validation of delivered functionality.
Develop process documentation, user guides and training materials.
