Job summary

Cpl has partnered with a leading Dublin-based organisation to recruit an experienced ServiceNow Developer focused on HR Service Delivery (HRSD). You will design, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions, integrations and automated workflows within a large enterprise environment.

Take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle from requirements to production monitoring, working with HR, compliance and technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience with HRSD and/or IRM modules.
Experience building and supporting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.
Understanding of ServiceNow security models including roles and ACLs.
Experience with platform upgrades, regression testing and release processes.
Experience delivering technical solutions within Agile teams and working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
Develop solutions across Case and Knowledge Management and Employee Service Center.
Build and maintain catalog items, workflows, and integrations for HR processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
Create solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot issues across HRSD modules and integrations.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and release activities.
Maintain governance documentation for compliance and audit.
