Job summary

You will lead a team of analysts and developers, manage third-party vendors, and partner with HR and ITSD to prioritise demand, shape solutions, and deliver changes in SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD and related systems.

• Own the EMEA HR Technology and Integration landscape, including HR platforms, integrations, organisational data and downstream bank applications.
• Lead the design, build, testing and implementation of HR technology solutions, enhancements and integrations across the HR application portfolio.
• Provide expert guidance on HR technology platforms, integration architecture, organisational data management and technology-enabled process improvements.
• Build and develop a high-performing technical team of integration analysts, application owners and developers.
