Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer focused on HRSD to design, develop, and enhance HR Service Delivery solutions within a large enterprise environment. The role emphasizes ownership of end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements to production monitoring, including integrations with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Strong hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with HRSD and/or IRM modules.
• Strong ServiceNow development knowledge including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise systems.
• Understanding of ServiceNow security models including roles and ACLs.
• Experience with platform upgrades, regression testing and release/deployment processes.
• Experience delivering technical solutions within Agile teams and working with business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and enterprise governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HRSD modules and integrations.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, regression testing and release activities.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation for governance and audit purposes.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards and minimise unnecessary customisation.

ServiceNow Developer – HRSD

Location: Dublin

Cpl are partnering with a leading organisation in Dublin to recruit an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a growing technology team.

This is a development-focused position with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The successful candidate will work closely with HR, compliance and technology stakeholders to design, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions, integrations and automated workflows within a large enterprise environment.

The Role

You will take ownership of ServiceNow development activities across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements and technical design through configuration, development, testing, release support and production monitoring.
