Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer focused on HRSD to design, develop, and enhance HR Service Delivery solutions within a large enterprise environment. The role emphasizes ownership of end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements to production monitoring, including integrations with SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with HRSD and/or IRM modules.
• Strong ServiceNow development knowledge including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise systems.
• Understanding of ServiceNow security models including roles and ACLs.
• Experience with platform upgrades, regression testing and release/deployment processes.
• Experience delivering technical solutions within Agile teams and working with business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and enterprise governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
• Develop solutions across Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center and Lifecycle Events including onboarding and offboarding.
• Build and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules and integrations supporting HR processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors.
• Build solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HRSD modules and integrations.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, regression testing and release activities.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation for governance and audit purposes.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards and minimise unnecessary customisation.
