Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager in Advisory to lead Salesforce consulting engagements, guiding projects from strategy through delivery and client enablement. You will collaborate with teams in Ireland and across EMEA to drive outcomes, coach junior colleagues, and identify new business opportunities.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage complex programs within a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience running medium to large projects and/or programmes in CRM and integrated systems, specifically Salesforce.
• Knowledgeable about project management and agile methodologies, and willingness to learn the PwC way of applying these in our engagements.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance delivery need vs budget.
• Strong team player with the interest to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
• Experience of leading distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Experience of having worked in a matrix environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work without daily supervision.
• Excellent communication skills - must be able to understand and articulate technical subjects and issues and discuss them with clients.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of client engagements that includes project planning & budgeting, as well as implementation of the delivery.
• Working with PwC teams both in Ireland and across EMEA.
• Proactively managing the various stakeholders both on the client side and internal to PwC (e.g. industry sector teams).
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with new or existing clients.
• Producing proposals and presenting to clients.
