Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager to lead technology enabled transformation programs, focusing on Salesforce solutions across Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, and Energy & Utilities. You will articulate architecture, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and support pre‑sales by shaping solutions and delivering compelling demos.

The role emphasizes senior leadership, cross‑regional collaboration, and ongoing development in a dynamic, inclusive PwC environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years experience in scoping, designing and implementing technology enabled B2B and/or B2C transformation programmes.
• Significant experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture communicated to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with technology alliance go-to-market and consulting sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Understand the full extent of the digital solution and integration components and how they fit into the enterprise architecture.
• Lead technical design on project implementation with PwC teams in Ireland and across EMEA.
• Define high level solution options from high level requirements and contribute to bid responses including client demos.

Purpose‑led work you’ll be part of

You’ll work as part of a team of solutions‑driven and problem‑solving individuals, apply your technology experience and stakeholder management, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities also include: Objectives

You will be responsible for helping our clients define their future state solutions tailored to their needs and enabled by Salesforce. PwC will provide you with access to a wide set of solution assets to accelerate the design and delivery and ensure our solutions are industry leading. You will hold lead technical roles on engagements. You will contribute to the growth of our Ireland Salesforce business by supporting our pre‑sales work by defining solutions and bringing them to life in demos. Our practice operates across all sectors with a focus on Financial Services, Retail and Consumer, Healthcare, and Energy & Utilities.

Key Accountabilities

Understand the full extent of the digital solution and integration components and how they fit into the enterprise architecture, define technology objectives, assess solution options and devise architectural solutions that achieve both strategic business goals and meet operational requirements. Lead technical design on project implementation, working with PwC teams in both Ireland and across EMEA Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to convert opportunities to deals. You will be expected to define high level solution options from high level requirements, and recommend solutions as part of bid responses, including client demos Be connected to the EMEA architecture teams to share knowledge, assets and best practice. Lead on CRM technology thought leadership within the Irish firm and in the local market.

Your Profile

You have 7-10+ years experience in scoping, designing and implementing technology enabled B2B and/or B2C transformation programmes Ideally, significant portion of this will have been gained from operating within Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds You have strong knowledge of the technical architecture of Salesforce platforms and are able to communicate this to a non‑technical audience Ideally you have some experience of how a technology alliance goes to market and have experience working across a consulting sales cycle
