Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager in Advisory to lead Salesforce-focused client engagements. You will guide strategy, design and delivery across Salesforce solutions, coordinating with teams in Ireland and across EMEA to achieve client objectives.

You will mentor junior colleagues, manage budgets, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading medium to large CRM projects, especially Salesforce.
• Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget discipline.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
• Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Experience in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss technical topics with clients.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of client engagements including project planning, budgeting, and delivery.
• Collaborating with PwC teams in Ireland and across EMEA.
• Stakeholder management with client teams and PwC industry sector teams.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Producing proposals and presenting to clients.
