Job summary

PwC Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager in Advisory to lead Salesforce-focused client engagements. You will guide strategy, design and delivery across Salesforce solutions, coordinating with teams in Ireland and across EMEA to achieve client objectives.

You will mentor junior colleagues, manage budgets, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience leading medium to large CRM projects, especially Salesforce.
• Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget discipline.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
• Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Experience in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss technical topics with clients.

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, with experience of leading teams to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of client engagements that includes project planning & budgeting, as well as implementation of the delivery
• Working with PwC teams both in Ireland and across EMEA
• Proactively managing the various stakeholders both on the client side and internal to PwC (e.g. industry sector teams)
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities with new or existing clients
• Producing proposals and presenting to clients

Experiences and skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience running medium to large projects and/or programmes in CRM and integrated systems, specifically Salesforce
• Knowledgeable about project management and agile methodologies, and willingness to learn the PwC way of applying these in our engagements
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance delivery need vs budget
• Strong team player with the interest to coach and mentor junior colleagues
• Experience of leading distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams
• Experience of having worked in a matrix environment
• Self-motivated and able to work without daily supervision
• Excellent communication skills - must be able to understand and articulate technical subjects and issues and discuss them with clients.
