Job summary

CTS Group in Dublin/Mumbai is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to design, implement, and manage the sales operating model across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will support business development, bid responses, pre-sales, and marketing by administering processes, systems and reporting to improve opportunity qualification and forecasting.

The role requires 5+ years in sales operations or bid management within data centres or critical infrastructure, with strong CRM and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Bid Management or Commercial Operations in data centres or mission-critical infra.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation through customer success.
• Administer CRM systems, pipeline governance, forecasting and dashboard reporting.
• Support bid governance and coordinate bid responses across teams.
• Maintain key account plans, customer intelligence and project databases.
• Produce KPI, forecast and executive management reports.
