Axiom Hospitality is opening two brand-new hotels in Dublin in May 2027 and recruiting a Director of Sales to oversee both properties, reporting to the Cluster General Manager. You will lead sales across pre-opening and successful operation, building a strong pipeline and key accounts.

You'll work with corporate, groups and extended stay segments, align with revenue and marketing teams, and leverage Marriott channels to drive results for both brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a hotel sales role within a branded environment.
• Pre-opening and/or multi-property or cluster sales experience (desirable).
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience across corporate, groups and extended stay business.
• Confidence with sales systems, CRM tools and reporting, ideally including Marriott platforms.
• Established network in the Dublin or Irish business market is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales across two Dublin hotels through pre-opening and into operation.
• Build pre-opening sales strategy and secure business ahead of opening.
• Develop and grow a pipeline across corporate, extended stay, groups, MICE and leisure segments.
• Win and manage key accounts, building relationships with corporate clients, agencies and local partners.
• Collaborate with Cluster GM, revenue and marketing teams to set targets, pricing and commercial plans.
• Leverage Marriott's sales channels and global network to drive business into both hotels.
• Position each hotel to reflect distinct Courtyard and Residence Inn profiles.
• Represent the cluster at industry events and site visits; report performance and identify new revenue opportunities.
