Job summary

Axiom Hospitality is opening two brand-new hotels in Dublin in May 2027, including Residence Inn Dublin (222 rooms). You will lead Residence Inn Dublin through pre-opening and into successful operation, reporting to the Cluster General Manager.

The role focuses on ensuring on-brand opening standards, a seamless extended-stay guest experience, and building a high-performing team across the rooms division, with strong commercial and guest-satisfaction focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior leadership experience within a branded hotel environment, ideally Marriott brands.
• Strong rooms division background with a proven track record of driving performance.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Sound commercial acumen, budgeting, cost control and revenue drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the hotel, with a focus on front office, housekeeping and the wider rooms division.
• Build and develop heads of department, recruit, train and inspire the wider team.
• Set operational standards, systems and culture from day one, ensuring the hotel opens on time and on brand.
• Deliver an outstanding extended-stay guest experience to encourage long-stay guests to return.
• Drive rooms performance with the sales and revenue teams to maximise occupancy, rate and RevPAR.
• Manage costs and labour productivity across the rooms division, supporting the Cluster GM on P&L.
• Champion Marriott brand standards, guest satisfaction scores and quality audits.
• Oversee breakfast and guest amenity offering, ensuring consistent excellence.
