Zendesk is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive for the UKI region to lead new business across Ireland and the United Kingdom. You will build a strong pipeline, own the end-to-end sales cycle, and engage C-suite stakeholders to articulate the value of Zendesk's AI-powered platform.

You will drive revenue growth, manage complex negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling business cases and strategic account plans. Hybrid work is available in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales or equivalent SaaS/AI experience.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end deals across multi-month cycles.
• Experience engaging C-level and VP executives with strong presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, research, referrals, events and targeted engagement.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Advise C-suite on AI-powered platform value and business impact.
• Lead complex, competitive sales cycles with strong communication and value selling.
• Pursue cross-sell opportunities to maximize account revenue and profitability.
