Job summary

Cumming Group UK & Europe is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead client-side project management for large-scale construction programmes in Dublin. You will guide teams through pre- and post-contract phases, coordinate RFPs, track progress, and ensure compliance with BCAR and client expectations.

You will develop relationships with contractors and design teams, manage risk, and contribute to delivering high-quality programmes across sectors, including residential and commercial.

Qualifications

• 7+ years construction project management experience.
• Demonstrable client-side project management experience essential.
• Experience on capital works: high-density residential, commercial office shell/core, fitout, logistics/industrial, or €10M+ projects.
• Desirable backgrounds: client-side PM/in-house with developers, consultancy, design management.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related discipline.
• PM certification beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing scope of work, priorities, and KPIs.
• Develop the Project Execution Plan; seek clarification when required.
• Assist with Design Team RFPs and appointments.
• Document, minute, and track actions from project meetings.
• Support and lead active management of construction progress.
• Develop and manage relationships with contractors, design teams, and clients.
