Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong housing experience for a leading developer in the Greater Dublin Area. You will lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with subcontractors and design teams.

The role requires a degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent, 7+ years post-qualification, and a proven track record delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes.

Qualifications

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ post-qualification experience in a similar Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works meet quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards in line with Planning Permission and Building Regulations.
• Prepare and deliver the Project Execution Plan including Procurement Strategy, Baseline/Target Programme, Budget targets and risk mitigation.
• Own the commercial delivery of the project with the commercial team to drive value and cost control.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and design teams to drive performance and timely information.
• Develop and manage relationships with statutory authorities, JV partners and local communities.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from inception to aftersales, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Lead value engineering and product development during project delivery, deploying best-in-class building systems.
• Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring resources and performance standards are met.
• Set standards of behaviour and accountability for project teams.
