Job summary

Cumming Group UK & Europe is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Program Manager to lead high-value construction programmes. You will work with experienced teams, manage pre- and post-contract activities, and deliver projects across diverse sectors with a focus on client satisfaction and value.

You will develop scope, KPIs, plans, and procurement strategies while coordinating design teams, contractors and client representatives to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

7+ years Construction Project Management experience.
Demonstrable experience in Client-Side Project Management is essential.
Experience working on or leading capital works projects (high-density residential, office, logistics or €10M+ builds).
Desirable backgrounds include client-side PM/consultancy or design management.

Responsibilities

Assist in pre-contract activities: scope, KPIs, project execution plans, design team RFPs, procurement strategy and tracking actions.
Post-contract duties: manage construction progress, document meetings, proactive reporting across design, cost, time, safety and quality.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, design teams, client representatives, and other stakeholders.
Ensure project reviews and close-out meet BCAR, compliance, and client expectations.
