You will manage pre‑contract scoping, procurement, and design team processes, then oversee post‑contract progress, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring compliance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Construction Project Management experience.
• Demonstrable client-side project management experience is essential.
• Experience on capital works projects across residential, commercial, or logistics sectors.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract: develop scope, KPIs, Design Team RFPs, track actions.
• Post-Contract: manage construction progress, proactive reporting, stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain weekly timesheets and monitor resourcing.
