• 2–4+ years of lettings/property experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and applicants.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day lettings process across a high-quality residential portfolio.
• Handle enquiries, arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate lettings and build strong landlord and tenant relationships.
• Manage applications, references and progression through to completion.
• Work closely with the wider property team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
