• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.
• Advertise properties on Daft and our website.
• Leads from marketing; bring in own business.
• Qualify applicants and perform references as needed.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy legislation and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records using Letman.
• Achieve individual and team letting targets.
