LWK-Lettings is seeking a Lettings Negotiator/Manager to join our growing business. The successful candidate will have prior experience in residential lettings or estate agency and will play a key role in managing landlord and tenant relationships while driving lettings' performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lettings process from initial enquiry through to lease agreement
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Advise landlords on market conditions, rental values, and property presentation
• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
• Advertise properties on Daft and our website
• Leads will be supplied through our led gen+successful applicant is expected to bring in their own business
• Qualify applicants and carry out reference checks where required
• Ensure compliance with relevant property regulations and legislation
• Maintain accurate records using Letman
• Achieve individual and team letting targets

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential lettings or estate agency
• Strong knowledge of the local residential property market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver high levels of customer service
• Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Full clean driving licence (essential)
• Experience using property management/Letman
• Understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
