Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator for its Dublin team. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of residential properties and guiding the lettings cycle from enquiry to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for landlords and tenants.

You will conduct viewings, qualify applicants, build relationships, negotiate offers, and keep accurate records while maintaining a high level of compliance and service.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and supporting the full lettings cycle, including:

• Managing enquiries from prospective tenants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Qualifying applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating offers and progressing applications
• Managing the lettings process through to successful completion
• Keeping landlords updated and providing a high level of customer service
• Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
