Job summary

The K Club in Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Reservations Agent to join our dedicated team. You will manage the Resort Reservations mailbox, maintain knowledge of rate structures and packages, and liaise directly with all hotel reservation inquiries from quotation to arrival.

The role requires strong negotiation, excellent communication and organisational skills, fluency in English, and flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Resort Reservations mailbox.
• Know the Resort Rate Structure and packages on offer.
• Liaise with all hotel reservation inquiries from quotation to arrival.
• Confirm leisure and dining, transport requirements for reservations and pre-arrival.
• Ensure reservations are entered correctly into the system.
• Book room, dining, Spa, golf, leisure and transport for guests.
• Deal with Tour Operators regarding bookings and pre-payments.
• Complete weekly reports (e.g., arrival, VIP reports).

Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:

• To manage the Resort Reservations mailbox
• To have full knowledge of the Resort Rate Structure, including the various packages on offer
• To liaise directly with all hotel reservation enquiries, from quotation, to confirmation, to arrival
• To ensure that every effort is made to confirm all leisure and dining, transport requirements when guest is making reservation and again when confirming guests stay prior to their arrival.
• Ensures all reservations are entered correctly into the system
• To book room, dining, Spa, golf, leisure and transport for guests
• To deal with our Tour Operators regarding bookings made and pre-payment required
• To complete weekly reports as required i.e. arrival report, VIP report etc.
