ROA Talent is seeking a Project Director to oversee a portfolio of Nordic data centre projects from Ireland with weekly travel. This senior, client-facing role requires leadership across multiple sites and strong commercial oversight to ensure safety, quality and delivery success.

You will lead preconstruction and procurement activities, manage senior client relationships and drive project performance across programme and financial metrics. EU passport is required for travel to the Nordics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction with senior delivery/leadership experience.
• Experience in data centres, mission-critical environments or cleanrooms.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a portfolio of 2–4 construction projects across the Nordic region.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and maintain relationships during delivery.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring programme, commercial and SHEQ objectives are met.
• Lead preconstruction activities including tender strategy and risk management.
• Monitor financial performance, contractual obligations and reporting.
• Resolve delivery challenges and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee completion, commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and future opportunities.
