Osborne is expanding its Sandyford office and seeks an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the growing team in South Dublin. You will manage end-to-end assignments, build trusted client relationships, and drive new business opportunities with senior executives across a diverse client portfolio.

You’ll work in a collaborative, high-performance environment with ongoing training, flexible benefits, and a strong commission structure to reward results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruitment experience, ideally in an agency.
• Strong track record of delivering successful appointments.
• Commercially driven with a passion for business development and building relationships.
• Confident engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ambitious, motivated, and keen to build a successful career.

Responsibilities
