Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own end-to-end coordination, oversee pipeline health and capacity, and supervise scheduling automation. You will partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to drive process improvements and ensure seamless pod coverage.

You will lead projects from problem to adopted solution and influence tooling evolution with stakeholders. With 4+ years in recruiting coordination and strong AI-tool fluency, you will own escalation paths,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in high-volume environments.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools; know when to rely on output and when to override.
• Proven ability to own and improve processes with measurable impact.
• Strong partnership skills with recruiters, sourcers and hiring managers.
• Excellent judgment for scheduling changes and prioritization.
• Clear, professional communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem solving.
• Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and AI safety.

Responsibilities

• Automation Supervision: manage scheduling tools, validate output, and trigger human intervention when needed.
• Pipeline & Capacity: surface bottlenecks with the pod and advise on prioritization.
• Complex Scheduling: handle changes, cancellations, and rescheduling end-to-end.
• Escalations: own the escalation path and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Project Work: lead coordination projects from problem to adopted solution.
• Coverage: ensure pod coverage during absences and surges.
• Candidate Experience: maintain a high-touch, warm candidate experience and communicate status.
