Job summary

Protex AI is seeking a high-impact, Fullstack Recruiter on a 12-month contract. You’ll shape our talent strategy, manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales and Operations, and partner with C-suite and department leads to elevate our employer brand and hiring efficiency.

You will leverage AI recruitment workflows to streamline talent delivery, implement modern sourcing, and drive strategic talent projects that improve time-to-hire and pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools and ATS platforms to drive efficiency.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and ownership of processes.
• Demonstrated history of cross-functional talent projects and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across Engineering, Product, Sales and Operations.
• Partner with C-suite and leaders to define talent needs and assessment criteria.
• Integrate AI tools and modern sourcing to build pipelines and speed up hiring.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and ATS data optimization.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously optimize talent delivery.
