Job summary

Crusoe, an energy AI infrastructure company, is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter for a six-month engagement to support our corporate functions. You will own the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing to offer, while partnering with hiring managers to build strong pipelines in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will leverage passive sourcing, negotiate compensation, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or broader G&A.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations
• Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes
